THE FROG WHO WANTS TO BE AS BIG AS THE OX
Fable by Jean de La Fontaine
A frog saw an ox
Who seemed good size
She, no bigger than an egg
Envious, extends, and s 'swells, and works
To match the animal in size
Saying: "Look at my sister;
Is that enough? Tell me I'm there yet?
Nenni.-M' y here So? - Point-of tout. M 'there now?
-You are not even close. " The puny blockhead
Swelled so she croaked.
The world is full of people who are not wiser! Every citizen wants to build
like the great lords
Any little prince ambassadors,
Any Marquis would have pages.
Above the image of the taxpayer marciac of 2011 and subsequent years .... Plume by the State, the Region, the Department, the Community of Commons, the Commune: vive la devolution!
MOST IMPORTANT WHEN THE BIRD SCIF thee,
IS TO KEEP THE HEAD HIGH.
STAY PROUD, ABOVE ALL, AND KEEP THE ILLUSION
YOU ARE FAMOUS, ENVI, AND STRONGER.
