The great and the small restaurant

I decided to eat better, to choose quality, good restaurants and especially to discover new!
So I was all perky at the invitation of my ex-boss - Betsy - Visiting Paris: RDV was taken at Saturn, recommended by all that Paris has to food critics.
All my enthusiasm, I arrived a little early. The place is nice, stripped, slightly cold, open kitchen, the room a bit noisy.
I order a Diet Coke to wait. The server looks at me as if I had asked for a glass of turpentine.

Saturday night, I console myself with Castor in a sure bet: Cibus, a little Italian, 5 or 6 tables, a tiny room which might be an annex to a church wall, immaculate, stripped deco, small oak table. The home also charming and warm as the Tuscan sun, the divine dishes wine and good advice without vanity. When the dishes arrived, we would like "a nice trip."
It should be remembered at Saturn: gastronomy is a beautiful trip during which he must know guide, accompany, reveal.
