Buy less, buy better
As promised, I have developed a method to attempt to try to buy anything less.
The first question I ask myself before leaving the blue card is: "do-I really need this? . Generally, the answer is quickly found: YES.
Taking the second step, it is now to distract me like children when they make a big crisis ... The idea is to let the adrenaline subside. How do I do? I think another purchase that I really feel like it and I could not pay me if I fall for that one (see below).
If I succeed, I realize that very often "well no I have almost the even at home "or" finally I'm not quite sure that this little pot will really clear in 6 days, traces of eight months of sleep rotten ".
Besides, I do not know if you noticed: you buy rarely on a whim that you really need. The purchase required is therefore the opposite of impulse buying ...
Third step: choosing a really good day, you must be totally relaxed, radiant, Zen.
Take a sheet and a pencil-
make a list of everything I want, need, etc..
-draw a dial.
Dial 1 = I have really need and love
Example: I need a new bed and I love my bed is my favorite place in the world ....
In this dial, I don 't hesitate to invest, to make me happy ....
Dial 2 = I really need but I do not worship.
Example: the drugs, take the generic cleaning products for home, buy brands.
For objects of dial 2, to invest as little money as possible, use coupons, go to Franprix, buy second hand, etc..
Généralement, I'm always more lenient with expenses related to experiences that leave good memories: this tea with MF, a good book ...
Dial 4 = "I do not need and I do not worship": c ' is very simple, you go your way without even thinking. Go shoo, off you go ...
is a method a little school but common sense made in a U.S. coach Martha Beck (http://marthabeck.com/blog/)
And if not:
J 'm trying to use what I already have. It's silly, but sometimes we forget what we have in our closets overflowing. Hence the interest of an inventory ....
I buy second hand or I get in the family (no new driver combination for my Anthony, I have recovered an almost new with my nieces).
I borrow .... I
faze more frantically. For every item purchased, another is due out ...
And besides another address for moms who want to sell their business lumps: http://fashionbabe.canalblog.com/
weekend, I avoid walk off with my credit card ( radical).
I throw all the envelopes from La Redoute 3 Suisses, Somewhere, etc ... without opening them.
I repeat loop:
"frugality is freedom" or "resistant, proves that you exist"
Here, I use the method for 2 months and it's pretty effective.
You find it sad, boring, even deadly? Make no mistake, this is a game that gives me confidence in myself, in the future ... .. I feel lighter, more smart, more lucid. Again, I do not want to live frustrated I want to live better by not letting me eat by false pleasures as fleeting as effervescent aspirin ....
